This is a commissioned piece for a puzzle company based in Ontario, Canada. I was so excited when I received this project because I love drawing Vancouver—a place filled with diverse animals, beautiful landmarks, and rich culture. I made a list of all the animals I've seen, including the yellow slug, which is considered a lucky animal and can be found at the Capilano Suspension Bridge!
I used pastel colors and included many recognizable elements that both locals and tourists can appreciate.
