This is a commissioned work for a puzzle company in Ontario, Canada.
The client was deciding between a blue sky or an orange sky. I asked for permission to poll my Instagram followers on their preference and shared the results with my client. It was an interesting experience to consider not only my artistic vision but also the audience's preference.
I worked on two projects—one for Kyoto and one for Osaka. The Kyoto piece represents the traditional side of Japan, while this one captures the cheerful and lively atmosphere of Osaka.
